Meet the Owner,
Carol Johnson-Cromer
The moment I came across this eye catching, spirit moving, and healing-energy Tree of Life pendant, I was moved to create, design, and share my gifts and talents.
The Spirit of God's grace moved me to create pieces to speak to strength, healing, peace, and beauty.
Immediately, I began breathing life into crafting "empowerment" necklaces. Purposefully seeking unique crystals, stones, beads, pearls, and skin friendly materials, I created my first empowerment necklace, Premiere,
from my Tree of Life Foundation Line.
In search of a name for "my business," I reflected on a time in my life that I experienced this level of empowerment at age thirteen. My sister invited me and my best friend to meet a visiting professor, Dr. Mushunga from Africa, who sent a limousine to pick us up from a Brooklyn housing project to break bread at Water Side Plaza located in Manhattan, NY, a luxury residential community. When Dr. Mushunga laid eyes on me, he crowned
me with the name Karungi which means "BEAUTIFUL," BLACK, SMALL, AND
PROUD!
I've carried this empowering experience and shared the energy along the way, finally arriving to a destination, Karungi Jewels, LLC. I am eager and excited to share the jewels that encourages me to LIVE: LOOK GOOD, FEEL GOOD, and DO GOOD!
We appreciate your support and interest in empowerment shopping, self-care, and a space to engage in positive messaging.
Exhaling Light,
Karungi Jewels,
